Ingredients
1 large ripe avocado 1 tbsp lime juice
1⁄2 clove garlic
Sea salt and black pepper to taste
Chilli flakes
4 cherry tomatoes, diced
Method
Mash together the avocado and lime juice in a bowl using a fork until you reach a smooth but still slightly chunky texture. Crush in the garlic and mix well.
Add a generous pinch of salt, black pepper, and chilli flakes to taste.
Finally add in the diced tomatoes and mix one final time. Serve on top of.... just about anything!
