As a senior dietitian, I have been creating meal plans and recipes for my clients that cover every age range and food preferences, and I have always included smoothie recipes. As you can tell, I am a strong advocate of smoothies as smoothies are one of the best ways to incorporate more whole foods especially fruit and vegetables into our diet. I have prescribed many nutrition plans that include smoothie recipes for optimal weight and health, including restoring gut health, and diabetes reversal as a result. 

Over the 12 years of helping my clients getting transformative results on their weight, I decided to develop a comprehensive nutrition program to educate people on how to utilise smoothies as part of their lifestyle, and not another diet, for optimal health and weight. I've developed a simple step-by-step program that has helped many of my clients lose weight naturally without dieting, keeping the weight off, looking great, and feeling happier and healthier. The response from my clients has been incredible and overwhelming. Many who have tried told me that it has completely changed the way they look at foods and their health have transformed.

There are 3 parts in the program:

Part 1: The Smoothie Manual 

This is the handbook in which you learn everything about smoothies, and the health benefits as well as how to incorporate home-made smoothies into your everyday life with the knowledge of mastering smoothie making at home according to your personal needs and preferences. 

Part 2: The 3-Day Health Reset

If you are looking for a accelerate for your weight loss and promote gut healing, this part of the program will help you achieve the optimal results without having to fast. You will have 3 smoothies for breakfast, lunch and dinner meals plus some health snacks throughout the 3 days. There will be completely dairy-free, gluten-free, and zero processed foods to help reset and restore your gut and hormonal function. It's recommended that you commence with Part 2 Health Reset and continue with part 3 of 21-day plan for the best results. You can choose to have Part 2 Health Reset as a standalone program that you do it every couple of months or whenever you feel run down and need a quick health reset. 

Part 3: The 21-Day Optimal Weight Meal Plan

This is the best part of the program that you could simply follow the 21 day plan for 21 days to eventually make smoothie making a part of your healthy lifestyle that you thoroughly enjoy and embrace the whole experience without going on a diet. To take the guesswork of making smoothie your own, you can simply learn from the 21-day plan that comes with 21 smoothie recipes for you to explore before modifying some of them into your preferred version. You get to have 2 smoothies plus one main meal (either hot or salad meals, that takes 30 minutes or less in meal prep) as well as some healthy snacks (if needed) per day throughout the 21-day program.
