Angeline is an internationally recognised Accredited Practising Dietitian & Accredited Nutritionist that inspires thousands of people to eat and live well.
Prior to her masters degree in Nutrition & Dietetics, she has been working as a nutritionist in the healthcare industry for over 7 years. After graduating in 2012, she went on to start her own dietetics business - BBDiet (Back To Basics Dietetics) - a private dietitian practice that provides dietetic services to medical centres and residential aged care facilities across Brisbane and Gold Coast areas.
Angeline's areas of strong interests are inflammatory conditions such as diabetes, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), cancer nutrition, arthritis, food allergies and intolerances, and women's health including Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), endometriosis, infertility, PMS, menopause as well as eating disorders and alcohol addiction. She believes that the body has the power to heal itself when given the right conditions. Being a mum herself, she also has a special interest in pregnancy and child nutrition.
As a dietitian, Angeline is committed to delivering an exceptional dietetic service in consideration to client’s lifestyle including food preference, existing exercise routine and medical health status to meet their individual needs. Seeing people transform themselves through healthy eating and lifestyle changes gives her a great sense of satisfaction and keeps her motivated to continue to serve the community.

Lexi Xiao Lan

Lexi is dedicated to helping others to achieve their health goals. With a passion for sharing her knowledge for making a healthy lifestyle not only achievable but also sustainable.
Lexi holds a Master of Nutrition and Dietetic Practice from Bond University and Bachelor of clinical medicine when she lived in China. The medical background enables her to have a profound understanding of chronic diseases. Her areas of interests are chronic disease management, weight management, diabetes management, renal disease management, cardiovascular disease management and gut health.
Lexi also believes that achieving good health is much more important than counting calories and the number on the scale. She understands that making lifestyle behaviour changes is not always simple. She is dedicated to working with her clients to understand her clients’ eating habits, lifestyle, cultural backgrounds, and social settings to provide practical personalised advice.
As a member of the Dietitian Australia, Lexi strives to enhance her knowledge and skills to provide high-quality, evidence-based client-centred care to improve each individual’s overall well-being.

Margaret Cheung
Accredited Practising Dietitian
Margaret is warm, enthusiastic, and compassionate. Her lived experience in living with and overcoming weight and disordered eating issues have given her genuine understanding and empathy to individuals with similar concerns. Now, she strives to empower others to achieve their health goals and build a healthy relationship with food by making gradual and meaningful lifestyle changes.
Margaret completed her Bachelors of Nutrition and Dietetics (Hons) from Queensland University of Technology. At present, she is doing her PhD with the aim to help individuals enhance their long-term health and nutrition after bariatric (weight loss) surgery. Her key areas of interest are in weight management and weight loss surgery, cardiovascular health, and disordered eating.
Margaret’s counselling approach is person-centred and motivating. She is dedicated to understanding her clients’ values and needs, and partnering with them to devise realistic strategies that are effective and sustainable. Through partaking in research and professional development activities, Margaret stays connected with the new advances and innovations in nutrition care to deliver high-quality services to her clients with excellence.
In her spare time, Margaret likes to go inline skating, exploring new restaurants, and dreaming about visiting a bunny or alpaca café someday. She also aspires to master indoor rock climbing in the future.

Joseph Li
Accredited Practising Dietitian
Joe completed his Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (Honours) from Queensland University of Technology (QUT) in Brisbane, following an associate degree in science in Hong Kong. After graduating, he worked as a dietitian in GP clinics and as a dietetic assistant in Dietetics and Food Service at Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital (RBWH).
Joe is not just a dietitian, but also a dedicated health advocate. He is deeply committed to helping individuals achieve lasting weight loss by understanding their unique challenges and goals. He is particularly passionate about empowering individuals with diabetes to manage their weight and improve their blood sugar management and overall health. His interest in sports has also led him to develop personalised nutrition strategies that optimise energy levels and support recovery, helping athletes and active individuals achieve peak performance.
As a dietitian, Joe firmly believes that tailored, sustainable, and evidence-based nutrition strategies can help individuals reach their goals while developing a healthy relationship with food.

Iris is a friendly, empathetic, and motivated Accredited Practising Dietitian who is passionate about helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals. She completed her Bachelor of Health Sciences, majoring in Nutrition, and a Master of Dietetics Studies at the University of Queensland. Her areas of interest include chronic disease management, weight management, diabetes education, gut health, and sports nutrition. Iris is committed to providing evidence-based dietary advice, always aiming to improve her professional skills to ensure the best outcomes for her clients.
Iris is committed to providing personalised, evidence-based nutrition advice and believes in continuous learning to enhance her professional skills. She aims to support her clients by taking a holistic approach, considering each individual’s unique lifestyle, cultural background, and personal preferences to create sustainable, health-promoting strategies.
When she’s not working, Iris enjoys capturing moments through her camera lens, restaurant & café hopping, and staying active by going to the gym.

Noel Lam

Noel is cheerful, determined, and perseverant. She is passionate about assisting people from different cultural backgrounds in their journey to self-manage their health and achieve their nutrition and health goals. Having overcome a past eating disorder, Noel brings a unique and empathetic perspective to her practice. She aims to help people develop positive relationships with food, free from fear, and embrace wholesome food as nourishment for their bodies.
Noel completed her Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (Honors) at the Queensland University of Technology. Her areas of interest include weight management, chronic disease management, and women's health. She is committed to continuous learning and professional growth, staying current with the latest evidence-based practices.
In her leisure time, Noel loves weight training, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with her loved ones.

Gillary Assedjian

Diabetes Educator
Gillary completed her Bachelor of Biomedical Science, Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Science and Master of Pharmacy at Griffith University Gold Coast. After registering as a pharmacist in 2013, she worked in several community pharmacies across Brisbane and Gold Coast.
Gillary then went on to complete post-graduate studies in Diabetes Education and Management with the University of Technology Sydney in 2018 and was awarded the title of Credentialed Diabetes Educator by the Australia Diabetes Educators Association in 2022. She also completed her accreditation with the Australian College of Consultant Pharmacy in 2022 which enables her to provide bulk billed Home Medication Reviews to all medicare card and DVA card holders in the comfort of their own home.
Diabetes is close to Gillary's heart as several of her loved ones including her own father are affected by this condition. She is passionate about her work and continually strives to keep learning, growing and challenging herself so that her clients receive the best care possible.
