The meal plans below are designed to help non plant-based eaters who would like to incorporate minimally processed lean protein such as chicken, beef, fish, turkey, eggs as well as plant protein such beans and lentils as part of their healthy eating routine. It'd be beneficial to keep high fibre plant foods to 75% to 80% of your total daily intake to optimise your health through healthy eating and lifestyle. 

If you have specific dietary requirements due to a medical condition such as food intolerances and allergies, high cholesterol, heart disease, diabetes etc; or you have specific preferences and needs that you would like our dietitian to develop a personalised meal plan for you, please select Personalised Meal Plan. You will be required to complete a thorough questionnaire form and payment and our dietitian will be sending you through a personalised meal plan to you via email within 7 days.
